Due to us sourcing our products from few different manufacturers, our sizes may vary slightly, as each brand is different.

All transactions are processed in USD and converted to your own currency by your credit card company according to the current exchange rate.
There is a currency selector on the site which can give you an estimate of the prices in your own currency. Once you proceed to the checkout, your shopping cart total will convert to USD.

The Promo Code can be entered in your cart which will then lead you to the page to enter in your shipping information. You can click on the top of that page where it says "Order Summary" to see the difference the Promo Code made.

We currently offer Free Shipping if you spend over 30 dollars. Otherwise, it is 5 dollars for standard shipping.

Orders are usually processed within 1-5 days of your order being placed. Once your order has been processed and is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Processing plus shipping can take up to 5-13 business days to the United States, Australia and UK, 12-25 business days to Canada, 12-30 business days for rest of the World. These times are estimates and in many cases, our shipments arrive faster than this.

Yes, we do ship internationally, BUT shipping and handling as well as delivery times will vary depending on your location. If you are ordering from an international location, please send us a message so we can walk you through the process and give you more details on what happens from there.

If your item is on backorder, we utilize a different warehouse to full-fill your order. Your order can be shipped separately from different warehouses. This is done to get you your item(s) as fast as possible. When this is the case, orders typically arrive separately within a few days of each other. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at and we will be happy to help you. If your order has been shipped, we will be unable to make any changes or cancel your order.

Yes! We want our customers to have THE BEST experience with us. If you aren't happy with your item(s) then we aren't happy either. NOTE: Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. You may return or exchange any items you do not wish to keep after you receive them.
We do not offer refunds while your order is in transit as it is already on the way to you. The refund will be provided once you return your order back.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Within 30 days from the date of purchase the items are returnable if:

It is in unused and resell-able condition and in the original packaging with all the tags intact

Discounted items (if applicable)

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
